Those Fajen target stock's are the best. I use to have a 10-22 with the Fajen Target Stock and a Kidd Barrel on it. That rifle was perfect and shot very well. I thought that I wanted a free float 10-22 so I bought a Steel receiver and a Green Mountain Barrel that was threaded into the receiver. The barrel and receiver had to be sent back because the threads were messed up at the end of the barrel when I received it. That rifle never did shoot correctly. All after a $1100 price tag.
I sold the Fajen stocked 10-22 to build the free floated rifle and have regretted it ever since. Tried to bid on a used Fajen and lost the bid even with a higher bid than should have been necessary.
If I ever build another one I will buy or attempt to find another Fajen stock. Right now I am very happy with my Clark Custom with a Bell and Howe Target Stock. Probably a little better than the Fajen.
