Ruger Customer service 5*
I just called Ruger Customer Service about getting a replacement end plate for a 10-22 ten round Mag that developed two cracks in the end plate that holds the nut. I was told that it was not available separately but she would send me a replacement Mag for free!!!!
That was not what I was expecting at all. They needed the serial number which I provided was the requirement. I then asked if she could tell me the manufacture date and using the serial number she determined it was from 1965. Wow replacing a Mag for free for a rifle that old is an amazing thing for Ruger to do.
They will have my business the next time I am in the market for a firearm.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH RUGER!!!!
