Accuracy of integral suppressors, real world accounts

Hi folks,

Tossing around the idea of a suppressed 10/22. I have 2 suppressors already, integrally suppressed shotgun and Silencerco Omega-so this would be a dedicated suppressor, no need for swapping, I don't plan on owning more than 1 22lr or rimfire.

But.... there are options, such as integrally suppressed and the sleeved barrels (normal barrel up to about 12" or so, then gaurd for can, skirting SBR stamp), both only have rifling up to about 12" inches, give or take.

How's accuracy on these? Say out to 100 yds? Anybody have any of these? Or for 100 yds stick with can and full barrel?
