Seeing is an insentive:
I liked your rifles so much I put the ATI Strikeforce on my miniNRA and the interfuse on my 10 22 carbine. They both look better especially the 10 22 as it came with that cheap factory plastic. I really like the look and feel and they were both highly accurate out of the box. Lots of compliments at the range too, others like the mods too.
thanks for the inspiration,

As if this time I have $195 in this build:
~1996 OEM receiver, bolt, and trigger group bought as a used beater for $175.
ATI Strikeforce stock - Free of charge from a friend.
VQ Auto bolt release and recoil buffer - Free of charge from same friend.
Ruger scope rail - Again, free from same friend.
Extended mag release - 2.95 off Ebay
DIY trigger work - Free done by myself. Trigger pull is now roughly 2.5-3lbs.
Remington 4-12x40 scope - Free from another friend.
VFG borrowed from BIL
My goal is to have a Tactical 10/22 that shoots as well as she looks but on a budget.

Depends, Are the nails 16 penny, 8 penny, brads, or what? Never the less, a 16 penny nail head is what, 3/8" across? That would be some mighty fine shooting.
Seriously though, if your gun shoots that well to begin with, there would most likely be no advantage to changing anything.
OTOH, If you want to change it's looks, then the sky's the limit.

Get one of the Limb Saver Deresonators from Midwayusa for $19.00
They slip on the barrel, look like a miss placed sex toy but just about everyone who has used one has cut their groups a large amount often in half or more.
It's all about finding the sweet spot on the barrel so that the barrel resonates as perfect as possible.
I've got a new Mini Tac coming. I'm going to get one for it.
For less than $20, what have you got to loose.
They look funny, but they work. Read the reviews on the Midway site.
Best regards, John K

Funny, as long as I've played the 10/22 game, and been an active member on RFC, I've yet to read much about these resonators. If they were so great, I'd think there'd be more discussion and recommendations for them over there.
