New 10/22 Target

I DO NOT know why I didn't buy this much sooner. This rifle was smooth as butter right from the first round. Goofy smiles. And fun to drives tacks at 50 while I let the barrels cool on the big-boy Rugers during some ammo testing...

Happy to be in the 10/22 club!

I've been a pistol guy mostly.... this is my first .22 rifle since my Marlin Glenfield 25 arrived Christmas 1983, and so glad I still have that guy too!

Congrats! That's a nice Ruger rifle family you have there.

Looks like a nice shooter. What is the rifle in the background?

I bought the target model this year and really love it. It is my third 10/22. The first one I gave to my son on his 21st birthday. They are almost always good shooters right out of the box. Mine is still stock. I don't see any reason to spend the money with "upgrades". To each his own.

Although I've swapped out so many parts in Ruger pistols, this seems good to go for the moment and I do like the trigger as is.

That's the Ruger Precision Rifle in .308 in the back, and American Rifle in .243 in the front. The RPR is amazing.

Nice Rifle there !!!

I just ordered the same model but with the stainless barrel. What Scope and rings do you have mounted ? Are the rings medium height and what millimeter scope.

I like the minimum scope to barrel clearance you have .

Great looking rifle. I have a stainless target with the grey stock. I love it. Enjoy!
