Tacky,

I can't get over that Browning. If I'm ever in your neck of the woods, I want to shoot that thing.

You know your always welcome around here, look forward to slingin some lead with you one day. The browning is really fun but has one heck of an appetite, but you can't help but grin from ear to ear when shooting it.

My contribution

Can't call it a build as I've only changed trigger, stock, charging handle, and BCG pin. Have added the optics of course and the bi-pod. Came pretty complete with the FB model.

My latest ongoing project..

This AR is my latest wrench turning effort, but has been in the process for many months. This is my "ole ladies" new lead thrower in progress. I built this from a delton stripped lower, dpms lower kit, spikes tactical mpi bolt( thanks happily addicted) stoner R4 hbar 5.56 barrel, yhm low profile clamp on gas block, bcm upper receiver with m4 cuts, and ARMS folding rear sight I had laying around. It also has a dpms H2 buffer, recoil spring and tube with a tapco stock. Soon as I get ahold of a yankee hill diamond rifle length free float rail( on backorder) and a set of Troy HK sights it will be upgraded again. Then maybe it will wear an EOtech 512 or aimpoint Comp 3....her decision of course

No, not yet, she has seen the pieces to it, but hasn't seen it assembled, been keeping the assembly top secret.. I am also planning to take the lower apart again, well remove the stock, buffer tube, and pistol grip, and take it to get her initials "fancy" laser engraved on the lower right side of the magwell, she doesn't know about that either. Its hard to keep anything from her since we think alike, without even talking about it, but as I tell her you are sly, but so am I! I did find that my local trophy shop has a computer laser engraving machine, but to have it done I have to disassemble so it will fit in the machine. Doesn't matter though, I can't lie, I enjoy wrenching on them. Will get updated photo's as I complete the process..

That's very thoughtful of you. I'm sure she will love it. My wife is only into handguns so there isn't much I can build for her

hopwheels is on a distinguished road
My first build, PSA Premium Upper, BCM BCG, LPK and Mil-Spec buffer tube, Spike's Lower, ST-T2 buffer and charging handle, Magpul furniture. This was fresh back from the range, crappy pic. Shoots like a dream. These things are addictive, already have two more complete lowers trying to figure out what I want to build. Great inspiration in this thread!

Very nice! I have a similar build and it is by far my lightest rifle. Enjoy and please post more pics once you finish your others.
