My new toy. A Glenfield 30-30. I got a great deal at the local firearms dealer. Who ever owned this before me really loved it. It's in great condition. My first centerfire rifle.

I think your right, but have not researched it. I went to the range to "just look around" and the dealer pointed me towards the Glenfield there on the rack. It just felt good. $320.00 including a box of ammo and a trigger lock.

I wanted to go this weekend. I have no time! Busy at work etc... Later in the year I might go hog hunting. We'll see what the schedule is like. I look at the 30-30 round in my hand and think "Crap! I need to register with NATO as a nuclear power!"

Yep. With the scope. 4X32. Now I can't remember the brand name. I guess I need to play with it more.
