Yes its a Pachmayr grip. took me 2 years to find it. I still stand and fire with iron sights. but I picked up that Aimpoint Comp 2 from a x LEO friend for 250.00. Couldn't pass it up. And with it you can put em right on target perfect from 25 yards to 200 yards real fast. I cowitnessed it perfect with my iron sights. If battery goes out. I still have iron sights for backup without changing or removing anything. Just a trick I picked up YEARS AGO.

That grip is on my AR also, As the OP stated they are hard to find but I think they are worth the effort.

Nope, I'm with ya too. No dots and lasers for me, it's irons or a good scope.
