With the ballistics on the American Eagle 100 grains in 327 FM, that should make a dandy rifle.

Yes, that will be my first Henry. Waiting for March. I only have to decide which one!

Well, guess I know where my gun money is going in the year to come. Love the .327 and I'll need the .41 also.

I've been asking for this rifle for the past 3 years.
Emailing, snail-mailing, and calling every lever action rifle maker I could think of lobbying.
Henry was the only company who bothered to respond to my communications.
Two years ago Henry emailed me back to say, "We have no plans to produce such a rifle at this time."

When I heard this news, I emailed Anthony Imperata to thank him.
March cannot get here fast enough...

It's a nice looking carbine, but I don't know if I need/want to get into another caliber at my age!

If you decide to get one, you'll love the .327. It's a great cartridge. I have handguns in 9 calibers and these days I tend to shoot .327 much more often than the others. Plink, practice and carry.

I have already decided I'm going to have to get two; one Big Boy Rifle and one Big Boy Steel Carbine. Never had a Henry rifle before but I'm jumping in with both feet.

The .327 is an awesome round. Even more potent than a .357 in many respects.

That Henry and a nice Single Seven Ruger in .327 would be an awesome lineup.

That is where I am at. I bought a Blackhawk right about the time they stopped production and then about 2 years later, I saw a demonstration GP-100 like new in the box in a LGS. So now I need a rifle to go with them!
