Aero Precision AC-15?

So I am on my way back up to PA to visit my grandmother who has ALL Leukemia, but my brother has heard of my quest for a budget AR-15... I of course will be buying a more expensive AR-10 so this is a HD/fun gun. He has 7 AR's and was interested in selling one to me after I spent some range time with him. He originally has an AR556 and S&W 15 he was willing to sell... but now he said he is willing to part with his AP AC-15 with a Mag-Pul MOE+grip. He has fired it about 150 times and said it shoots about 1.5 MOA with Norma Tac-223 ammo. He says he will give me the brother discount and I can have it for $450 plus I cough up some of my excess .30-06 ammo. Is this worthwhile? I mean at $450 and I can trust my brother he isn't screwing me over it seems like a good deal....

Good company. Good gun. Good price. Aero is a good choice. Best part, parts can be swapped if you don't like something. I say go for it.
