AK guys, have you seen one of these?

Original Polish Factory kit to convert a Standard European/Russian pattern AK-47/AKM 7.62x39mm rifle with full sized bolt shaft to a manually operated single shot straight pull(bolt action)rife. Please consult your local laws if this kit removes your rifle from classification as a semi-auto rife along with any associated restrictions. The Bolt carrier is fully heat treated and manufactured not to accept a gas piston. The Recoil Spring and Guide rod are modified to operate in a Straight pull system. All parts are matching when numbered and are in very good to excellent condition as pictured. Please consult your Gunsmith when installing this kit with your existing bolt in your rifle. Not designed for AK-74 or Saiga rifles with smaller bolt shafts.

Interesting. The kit to turn your AK into a precision bench rifle!

I can see this being desired in certain states. Reminds me of the AKs that came into the country as pump actions.

Or you can just manually hand load a regular AK with a single cartridge.

In New Jersey and New York the pump action ak is reasonably popular. It enables you to have some features that would not be allowed on a semi auto.

A first for my eyes, I perfer the semi version, but I understand some are not afforded that opportunity. So if they are selling, let them sell to those who want them.

The pump action aks are fairly popular in nj and ny to allow some features not allowed on a semi auto.

Their legislatures and governors just "know better" what is good for their citizens than they do...
