Loose Noose is on a distinguished road
I solved the problem of a heavy rifle with my Marlin 1894 Cowboy in 30-30, simply added a tang sight and the problem was solved.

If you would have read some of my posts better you would have known that I now have a Marlin 1894 C pre cross bolt safety lever action .357. Now try finding a minty one for $500.00!!! Which is what I paid for mine, I have seen them listed on Gun Broker for over $1000.00. Ouch!!!
