Ruger Airhawk, Anyone?

I've had this for a while, and it's the only gun that I have worth shooting in my yard that doesn't seem to upset the neighbors.

It's pretty accurate. It takes some work to fire off a whole bunch of pellets, but it's pretty impressive what it does to a pop can at 1000fps. It may as well be a single shot 22 for the damage it does.

Anyone else like these?

Looked at them when they first came out and then forgot about them. Just yesterday I thought about getting one, or two or all three just because. Have a 20% coupon for Cabela's so I might go today. Have heard mixed reviews of them though.

Alley,

Who makes these for Ruger? (I am assuming a rebranded air rifle).

I don't remember who makes it, I lost the original paperwork that came with it but I am sure it told in there what the manufacturer was. There are a number of this exact rifle under different brands: Winchester, Crossman, etc.

Normally I wouldn't have even bought it, but I found it on sale at WallyWorld for around $79 and couldn't pass it up. I like the fact that it is a very solid piece, and rips the CRAP outta pop cans. That, and as I mentioned, I can shoot it in my yard without the neighbors bitching.
