.327 Brass

So I was rummaging around on the net yesterday trying to find some .327 brass. I called Starline and they said they don't plan on making it any time soon.

Looked at Federal's site and they appear to be selling it, but haven't seen any on the street yet.

Found a guy on a different forum that stated a well known custom shop that converts .32 mag single action revo's into .327 is selling new .327 brass. So I give em a call and they tell me that they only offer it to folks who have bought their guns, or used them for the conversion. The lady on the phone tells me to check back in a few weeks as they will begin to offer it to the public.

Keeping my fingers crossed that they will offer it sooner than later as I would really like to pick up a new .327 SP101 and start rolling some of my own rounds for it.

Try Freedom Arms. They sell it (when they have it), and I paid only $23/100 for new, PRIMED, Federal brass. (+ Shipping, of course.)

I've also seen it advertised in a 'flyer' from Midsouth Shooters. I see they sell it for $19.22/100 UNprimed.

Midsouth*RELOADING * PISTOL BRASS * 327 FED MAG *

(The words: "on order" imply that they are out of stock now, but it's worth a try...)

Well, OK, but I bought 200 cases from them recently, and they did not say anything about being a customer for one of their guns or conversions. Just shipped me the cases when they got them in. (Took a LONG time to get them, but they finally did come.)

I checked Midsouth again, too; their site says that they have been ordered and for 'due date', it just says that they are 'overdue'. ? ? ?

Good luck.

P.S. Since primers now cost around $35/1000, the FA price for primed brass is about the same as that for the unprimed from Midsouth.
