This post has been removed by me. I respect other people's opinions. And it has come to my attention, that some people feel this post was "unfair" to the company in question. Therefore, out of respect for these people's opinions, I will delete the post in question. I do so, with no hard feelings.

I have never had a single problem with Missouri Bullet Co. I order what I need, they make it, and have it to my door in two days. Why other bullet casters have the "Oh, we're so backordered due to trouble getting materials, etc." is beyond me. These guys ship thousands of bullets to the customer as soon as you confirm the order.
If it were me, I'd give them another chance. I don't know if you are a High Road member or not, but the owner frequents the reloading section and helps out, gives discounts for members, etc. I'd ask to talk to Brad if you really want to make something happen.
I know for a while there were some unscrupulous people taking advantage of their free samples and replacements due to shipping issues, and that has made them extremely wary of just sending out free stuff. Understandable.
I'm not affiliated with them, so I don't have a dog in this fight, however I have nothing but praise for their operation just based on my own experience over the last year or so.
I agree with Hammerdown, I would give Missouri bullets another try, I have used them for years and have not had any problems. I have spoke with John several times and he has always been more than helpful.
Well I guess you could say, she did what you asked of her, the fact that the bullet was not in the envelope.........Ummmmmmm is another issue and no fault of hers really. Someone in shipping no doubt didn't think ahead and put it in a small box etc.
Missouri Bullet makes very good bullets and their price is better than a lot of others out there making bullets. You might try Beartooth Bullets but don't forget to have some money in your bank account because since lead has gone way up in prices, so have bullets and other things of those world.
I deal with our parts dept at work on an every day basis. Customers seem to think some things are simple but the department is set up completely different.
Put the shoe on the other foot, you sound like you want a large supply... What is so hard about spending a few dollars and purchasing 100 bullets?
I guess I just don't like to see a good company get trashed because the USPS tore a HOLE in an envelope
For the record here, I'm not trashing the company per say. I'm just saying that to me, it should have been mailed properly. She stated she was the one to send it. Ok, well then, I guess the owner would know better, right? I agree, USPS has always sucked, and will always suck. I've owned a business for over 25 yrs. and I know how things are in business. As to why I haven't bought 100 of them? Well, I'm not about to waste good money on something without seeing what I'm buying first. I want to check measurements, etc. before I just toss money to anyone in this economy. Nothing personal. Just business.
All I'm saying in a nutshell, is it should have been handled a bit better in my honest opinion. That's all. If other folks are happy with them, great. I never told anyone not to buy from the company. I'm just stating my experience is all. The thread was not intended to inflame anyone.

Beartooth and mt. baldy are my favorite bullet casters. But I shoot more of Missouri's bullets than any other. Great product at a price that a guy like me can afford to shoot. I really like how they offer softer cast bullets. I would just order a small package of 250-500 and find out if you like them.
Give them another try. They are the only lead bullets I use. I order them about 2000 at a time. The quality is great. The service is great and the quality is great. They are not a big company but they want to turn out a quality product. Order a small quality and give them a try
They probably were run over by a truck or two. Anymore, you never know. I've seen stuff come in here that USPS must have played football with. But yet, they want more money everytime you turn around. Maybe if they charged the junk mailers the same rate you and I pay, they wouldn't be hurting for so much money. But they give the bulk rate to these people, then complain they're going broke.
