.45 Colt Pressure w/ Pyrodex Pellet?

I had a hundred leftover Pyrodex pellets with no black powder gun to shoot them in, so I loaded up some .45 Colt loads using 30gr pellets and 250gr cast bullets. They work great in my Alaskan.

I'm just curious if anybody can tell me what sort of pressure these things might be generating?

I can't add any information but I recall reading an article about that years ago. Seemed like an easy way to reload 45Colt. No powder measuring needed. Just drop a pellet in each case

Here's a great article by Mike Venturino about just that...

He doesn't mention pressure, but given the gun he's shooting them out of, and the velocities he's getting, I think you are right around 12-13K PSI
