We went out Friday, a couple hundred rounds of 17HMR through the Sako Quad and a brick of .22 with the old Western Field M842A, Weatherby Mk XXII bolt, Remington Model 5, Browning SA-22 and my Ruger 10/22 takedown. I snagged one of those nifty Ruger lasers that install at the fore end and had to sight it in at 50 yards...the sun was out and I couldn't see the laser dot on the target so I looked through the spotting scope and pulled the trigger with the takedown on the bags...got it sighted in with one ragged hole (5 shots)! The Hole in One peep worked great too!

Shot two guns:

1. New Ruger Mark III .22LR pistol. She shot great!

2. Smith & Wesson 625 .45ACP revolver with new Hi Viz front sight. A real fun gun:

I shot at a USPSA match today, 5 stages 138 rounds of 9mm with my Glock 34. Then after the match I went to the plate rack and shot another 100 with my P95, 100 40cal with my SR40 and finished off the day with 150 rounds of 45cal with my SR1911 good day at the range . Now I'll spend some time with the wife fixing a good dinner and some TV time with her then off to the man cave to do some cleaning guns and sort brass . All and all a good day !

Shot some 380 today. My Bersa Thunder CC and my Ruger LCP Arizona 100 year model. Both rock at about 10 feet, point shooting into paper.

Not my EDC but every one in the safe needs to come out, shoot and get cleaned. Besides after having my cell phone run over by a Porche yesterday, I really wanted to do some double tap relief.

hmm lets think, Bersa 380, sr22 pistol, ss in 17hmr, cz75, and a rock island 1911 commander for handguns plus a m&p15/22 and a Taurus pump in 17hmr. was a lot of fun. love peppering those do-all targets was using the ball and a 6" block. its almost time to retire the block its taken thousands of rounds and is starting to fall apart.

Started out with my 1022 carbine at 50 yards. I really like that rifle, even if it's bone stock. Very accurate and fun to shoot. Headed over to the pistol range afterwards and shot a few rounds through the Ruger 1911CMD. Another fine weapon.

I just picked up a 625JM and have only put 30 rounds down range with it. I really like the gun, but having a bit of problems with getting it on target (could be me) ... but I think the rear sight is off. BTY I do like those grips you have on your 625, really dresses it up nice.

Shot 75 of my precious 22lr's at some cans today with the Henry H001. Couldn't hit diddly squat. Some days you just don't have it. Was still enjoyable, though.

Used to be 22LR was the way to stay target ready. Now saying like your "my precious 22lr's " is correct.

Still super fun to shoot. Keep shooting and aiming, it will always get better.

Did better yesterday. Those cans have quite a few more holes in them now.

After finding some standard velocity 22's, I pulled my Hi Standard Citation out of retirement. Wow....I had almost forgotten that great trigger pull and had a blast shooting it again. I promise it will not be neglected anymore. Felt lucky to find a brick of standard vel. CCI's at Dick's for around $36 with discount.

Also shot a few magazines of hardball thru the Glock 21. I am wondering if I actually shoot this better than my beloved 1911's....that disturbs me a little. Threw in one magazine from my SPRINGFIELD XDs just because I like shooting that little gun so much.
