Only thing I shot today was... I shot my mouth off at work. I did not get something done and when they came asking, I was not the sweetest bloke on the planet.

Need to keep my range time up so I keep calm at work.

Last night I shot a box of TulAmmo .380 ACP - I gotta use it up so I never have it again, and several more magazines of .45 ACP.

Stopped by a local indoor range and put 100 rounds through my M&P Shield 9mm and 3 new magazines for it. Range was empty because a training session was scheduled for the next hour so I had 45 minutes on my private indoor range. Nice.

I just returned from my weekly trip to the range. Today I had a "shoot off" at 30 feet then 45 feet, 30 rounds, slow fire, with each gun at each distance. This was between my Springfield 1911 9mm and my Blackhawk Convertible with it's 9mm cylinder installed. I use NRA B-3 targets and record scores. It was pretty close. At 30 feet the Blackhawk won by a slight margin and at 45 feet it was the Spinger. My self evaluation is that I shoot both equally badly.

I also shot my S&W Model 41 at 70 feet. I did very well with that one. I shoot 2, 10 round magazines "slow fire", 2, 10 round magazines "timed fire" and 2 magazines "rapid fire." I use NRA B-3 targets. Been doing this for several years. I keep and record all my scores with all my guns. It's a weekly, friendly competition with myself. For me it makes practicing a lot more fun than just blasting away. The time spent repairing targets, scoring and recording the targets slow things down and always results in an enjoyable day.

I just came in from shooting my vintage 1960 Marlin 39A. I took the scope off and was practicing with the stock irons sights. Shot some off-hand and some off of a rest as I dialed in the sights.

I used some targets from the recent spring shooting contest - at 25 yds.

Fairly quick range session at a friends property. Just a dirt berm and old real estate signs for targets. Informal and relaxing....Shot a few rounds with variety of things.
1) two cylinders of .38 thru a 4" stainless Security Six...first time shooting this gun...sights need adj. but otherwise very happy.
2) another 12 rounds of .38 4" S&W 686
3) 12 rounds of 45 colt thru 4" Redhawk
4) 3 mags of 9mm Kahr CM9....this little gun puts a smile on my face everytime I shoot it.
5) 15 rounds of hardball 45 thru Springfield XDs...more smiling.
6) 25 rounds thru the S&W 15-22...nice group but I want to add some decent optics.

I shot yesterday.

M1A Scout
11.5" CAR15(AR for you young types)
AK47 Romy
2 1022s
1911 Compact

Yet more gratuitous pics of guns and stuff. The local free 100yard range. Not HICKOK45 class of a target range haha. Go about once a week. Rarely do I see anyone there.

Shot one of my .45 Colt Flattops, a .44Spec Flattop, and of course the Single Six today. Good day at the range as I was in the 'groove' (for once) so to speak. Did some True Blue powder tests and then some fun shooting. Even hit the 300 yard target on the second shot with the .44 Special. Left it at that.... I was the only one at the range today which surprised me (but I didn't mind of course ). A cool, cloudy day ... just right for shoot'n!

Shot my Glock 23 in a steel plate match yesterday. A little more than 100 rounds.
