Oh yea, I would have ground the front sight down to the barrel if that is what it would have taken the regulate the sights to POI.
Would have opened up the rear sight channel on one side or the other to do the same thing if I had to.

Pics are coming. I hate guessing, too, maybe more than most because I'm such a range rat and, yes, I would have done the same thing to the rear sight to correct for windage. Thank heavens it didn't come to that. Now, some might think that's getting desperate, but at least I haven't considered having my Bearcat drilled and tapped for a scope.
(If I ever consider such a thing, you guys have my permission to take my Bearcat, away.)
