Wife "took" my Purple Paper Puncher!

So after my purple Pac-Lite barrel on a "sacrificial" 22/45 frame saga. The wife decided she liked the final product. Consequently I became "lite" a 22/45 so to speak. I happened into a local retailer and found several new Mk III Lites to choose from. After getting what I consider to be a great price, $366, I came home with a new Mk III 22/45 Lite with a blue barrel. Also picked up a Vortex Venom for it- very nice combo. The subsequent range trip was great- only failure was one PMC Target round which didn't eject, but I've had trouble with this ammo in another pistol previously. Minimag, Super X & Auto Match were perfect.

The Vortex Venom worked great, and it's so light you hardly know it's there.

All in all I'm a pretty happy camper right now!

Going to try posting pic of the new Mk III Lite before addition of Vortex Venom. Wife's purple paper puncher will follow if successful.

nice. I have a wife like many lucky shooters. She does not shoot but does not worry about me shooting as long as he bills are paid.

Nicely done and I know the drill. My custom P85 is now my wifes after all my time/work into it. That's ok though, she shoots VERY well with it. I do plan to pickup another 85/89 but have NO intentions on modifying it.
