G20 RMR project

Any suggestions or advice on this would be much appreciated. I had this slide cut and milled for a RMR by Glockmeister. I sent it off back early in January after over 2 months I find out that the BLACK RMR06 that I had picked out was on a long list of back-orders.Also they had already done the cerakote in black. I told them to go ahead and send the slide back to me. Last week I found somebody with that highly sought-after sight. I bought a set suppressor sights that a gunsmith is going to push in for me but I want to install the RMR because it will have to be taken off to replace the battery and I might want to put it on another gun someday. So anyone that knows about these RMR's or other sights like this help me out. I have seen somewhere that I need a seal on the base for moisture and I have a mounting kit ordered that should be here within 2-3 days.20160607_132740.jpg

Nice set up. Looks like it would be a hog killing machine, use you get the optic on it.

I have a 19MOS with a RMR on it. FUN gun. I plan to swap sights to suppressor sights shortly. Definitely a fun way to shoot pistols.

What is your question exactly?

After my account wouldn't let me sign in, I sent a couple of e-mails. Got no response back, so I'll assume that my screen name was offensive, and or my avatar. Maybe the same person who moved a post in the correct thread to the wrong thread (reloading) , closed my account? Anyway, here goes the rest of the story... I didn't know if I needed to seal the mounting plate or not to keep out moisture. After a few youtube videos, I didn't see anyone using any thing to make it waterproof. I got the sight tool in yesterday (MGW) put the suppressor sights on and mounted the RMR. Took it to the farm and now I have a new hunting buddy for deer season! 20160628_094358.jpg

NH, What's a good trigger for that gun?
