Nice!! Enjoy your home away from home. Really nice that it is detached.

Nice. It is always good to have a home away from home to retreat to.

Enjoy.

GONRA is on a distinguished road
When we retired and moved up to PA in 2001, Mr. and Mrs. GONRA bought
a small 3 bedroom ranch house on 2.3 acres land. (HUGE RANCH for us City Folks!)
Built a 38x40 foot concrete block heated/AC shop.
Installed all my Guns, Ammo, Machine Tools, etc. there.

Wifey doesn't know or care what goes on out there,
or on the 105 acres purchased 2007 in NE PA for shootin'....
She DOES like the "frac’ed natural gas royalty cheques" though...

Yes, we’ve LUCKED OUT but we’ve verked like dogs for it too.
We don’t owe nobody (society, government) nuttin’….

Get it when ya can fellas.
Future looks scary – even in the Good Olde U.S.&A.
where the Tax Payers get out voted by the Parasites….

Looks nice, but isn't complete unless it's got a fridge full of beer on the inside and a grill and/or smoker on the outside.

Very nice, may I ask how you will be heating and cooling it (if you are)?
