Problem with a Lyman 450 Lubricator

Just the other day I was getting ready to resize to .430 some .44 cast bullets I had been casting. In doing so I decided to place another stick of Red Angel hard lube in my older model 450 (Gray) Lubricator that I had on a heating pad. Well in backing out stem to the 450 the whole thing came out, and I realized it was broken off.

I'm was wondering if any of you folks here have had dealings with Lyman, and are they pretty good about repairing and dealing with there products. I've had quite a few Lyman products and never had a problem with one until now. I've probably resized and lubed at least 2000 bullets with that machine, and btw I have a newer one that I generally kept the soft lube in, both are Lyman 450's.

I did e-mail them today and am hoping they get in touch with me during the week, I'm hoping they are an up front company.
