I had one 15 years ago. Mine would keyhole at 15 yards. Perhaps I just got a lemon. One the bright side it did function.
I know they are priced low, but I would look for a nice used Ruger, Smith or Colt if you can find one.
Just my opinion as I do not want to offend Charter Arms fans

thanks for the reply. i was considering the charter arms over a taurus 85. these both are intended as a nightstand gun that my wife can use without to much tech.
