Heritage 22/22 mag

I am considering getting a Heritage Rough Rider 22/22 mag with the Birds Head grip and was wondering if anyone here has had any experance with the Heritage fire arms

I haven't, but there are lots of evaluations on YouTube. General consensus is that they are good for the money.

Good for the money.... That is my observation too. Mine is accurate. Shoots to point of aim. I've had a lot of rounds through it and still going strong. I don't like the bulky safety... but it is what it is. All I shoot in mine is 22LR. Don't know how it would hold up to a steady diet of mag loads. It's not a Single-Six quality wise, but it does get the job done. Plus you get the o' half cock to load and the click, click, click when pulling the hammer back.... Wish my Rugers had that!

Thank you R C It is just something about the Heritage with the Birds Head grips that catches my eye

Note mine is the standard Rough Rider... So mine doesn't have the birds head grip... But functionally they should be the same.
