Huge Dilemma - Need advice

I have to agree the GP has to stay. Being able to shoot .38 and .357 out of one gun is too much to give up. Versatility is a great thing to have anytime, especially in times as uncertain as what have now.

In my gun collection, I have over 25 different calibers. Some calibers are rare, and to me, that's part of the fun of collecting firearms...shooting some of the more unusual guns and calibers. It's kinda' like driving classic cars or motorcycles, it's holding history in your hands and making yourself a part of it...

Thank you all for all your comments. I have decided to go against consolidating my calibers. I will be keeping all my firearms however going forward, I will only purchase a new gun after I build up my ammo stash to at least 2k rounds per caliber. Thank you for setting me straight in my temporary moment of insanity

i don't get rid of them--you may consolidate calibers into your main arsenal, but i've never gotten rid of one and pray i don't have to in the future
