Custom Hammers?

A friend of mine showed me his newly acquired antique colt .38 revolver. It is beautiful and the hammer on it is a long sweeping skeletonized hammer. I would love to put something on my 101 or 686. I know it is purely aesthetics but I don't care it looks beautiful.

Does anyone make custom hammers? If not that might be a great business idea.
