To the OP your S&W 617 is a very beautiful gun. As much as I like my GP100 I would still buy the S&W 617 in .22LR........but not in the market to do so. Because I have a S&W Model 17 6 shot that's very nice, I wish that it was possible to get a 10 shot cylinder for it.
