Have you bought any revolvers lately?

This is a discussion on Have you bought any revolvers lately? within the Pistols & Revolvers forums, part of the Pistol & Revolver Forum category; I recently purchased an LCR 38sp. I was mildly surprised at the soft recoil for such a light revolver. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk...

Picked up a Match Champion a couple of weeks ago. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite firearms ever. I've owned a few GP100 4", but the MC just does it for me. It really works out for my eldest son, who is serving on the Teddy Roosevelt. He is getting my pristine GP100 4" just for being an awesome son.

I also grabbed a Blackhawk 45 convertible a month or so ago, but am not digging on it so much. Maybe I'll work it out or just move it down the line.

S&W model 18-3 about 6 months ago 98% condition & very tight revolver.

S&W model 657 no dash 90% condition has the factory S&W Combat grips in round butt configuration.

Both guns purchased off the S&W forum, smooth transactions with good sellers.

I'd post pics but haven't snapped any yet.

Just bought another SP101 2.25" to replace a 3" SP I sold years ago. Pleasantly surprised that it didn't have the warning billboard on the left side like my 3" and it has a tapered cylinder. I know the tapered cylinder is a turn-off for some, but I kinda dig it. Gives it a bit of a "custom" look. I've already started buying stuff for it... this little puppy's gonna be a money magnet. Taking it to the range tomorrow, my daughter really want's to shoot it and I'm looking forward to putting some rounds through it myself.
My LGS has a used Alaskan in 454. I've wanted to pick one up for years now.... I might finally add one to my small collection also.

Heritage all steel 22 combo, mainly because didn't have a 22 wmr caliber. Shoots ok, can't see sights for crap. Even after dots of paint. Old eyes.
