Gentlemen, even though this may not be the best time to buy a firearm given the current political environment, I would be interested in hearing what would make your wish list. As for myself, I would like to have an Auto Ordinance 1927A1 Thompson or a 3 screw Blackhawk. But then again, there aren't too many I wouldn't take off someone's hands ....

I have recently ordered two firearms on MY wish list: 1 - Ruger 50th Anniversary .44 magnum (it's on the way) 2 - Ruger Lipsey .44 Special 5½" (it'll be here when it gets here, I hope). I have leather ready, a pile of cast bullets you can hardly see over, and my Dillon 550B's are panting to get started. I AM READY!! ![]() ![]() Dale53 |

Money is tight nowadays, but if not, I would like to be able to purchase the following: A) CZ-SP01 - This one come highly recommended to me by several people. B) Ruger KP90DC - I've read so much about the P-90, I am intrigued. |

The one gun that I would LOVE to be able to buy but likely never will is a Sig P210. BEAUTIFUL gun, BEAUTIFUL workmanship and, from everything I've ever read, the most accurate factory 9mm ever produced. ![]() Almost $4,000.00 the last time I checked, so it will never happen unless I win the lottery or it is finally discovered that I am Howard Hughes' long-lost son or something. Thanks for the replies...I keep hinting to my wife (my birthday is coming up soon) but no luck. It might be time for a birthday present from myself to me. |

Great question, MSP. I would love to find a minty Inglis Hi-Power w/ Canadian emblem still intact on the front strap and CH stamp on the frame. I had a shot at one back around 84, shouldn't have let it pass.

A Kahr K9 Elite 2003: http://www.kahr.com/PA-1_9mm_k.html Had one once. Fit just right and pointed well. Perhaps a 9mm Kimber Aegis: http://www.kimberamerica.com/pistols/aegis/ or A Colt XSE Commander: http://www.coltsmfg.com/cmci/XSE.asp Had one once customized and unfortunately got rid of it. And if one could find one at a really reasonable price a 5" Colt Anaconda and then get a 4" Redhawk to keep it company. If I won the lottery might find a 4" stainless Python to keep it company with a master tune on it. Last edited by Rover; 07-17-2009 at 08:07 AM. |

I'm waiting on a 5" GP101 and Marlin 1894c. Those should be a nice matching pair in .357.

I'd love to buy a CZ 550 American in 308 with a really nice scope for long range target shooting. The craftsmanship of their wood is outstanding.

Taurus makes a j-frame sized 22LR snubbie. Next gun show I might pick one up. I own about 10 handguns, but none of them is a .40SW, so I would like to get a less expensive 40SW, perhaps a Ruger or Smith and Wesson Sigma. Last on my wish list is a Saiga Rifle in .308. I already have a Saiga in 7.62X39, but a .308 Saiga would be the cat's meow. |

My picks would be a Dan Wesson Valor and a Garand. Yup, that would be all I need to complete my collection, for now.

2 actually, a .45/70 Sharps repeater and a .44 1858 Remington with a gated cartridge conversion. I can't really ask for much more, I already have most everything else I want.

A P08 Luger in .45 ACP would tickle my fancy. ![]() Maybe if we wrote enough emails to Ruger.....they would replace the whole P series with these? Jack |

Have come close a couple times but never bit, but a Sig P210 is a big want but yeah, a bit pricey. More realistically, there's the Schofield and a Ruger SRM that are high on the want list.
