I only have shooters...so yes I will.

Is that cut engraving or is it laser engraved? I could not tell from the photos, but does appear to be laser engraved.
It's definitely laser engraved, even though I just found a master engraver locally with a 6-8month backlog and about $1000-$1200 price for full coverage. So this one will do for the short term.

Not sure if I mentioned earlier but this one was $550 total drive out for a new revolver already engraved.

SFC rick, thanks for the reply. I completely missed your reply in post #8. That is very good scroll engraving for laser. Appears to be deeper then others I have seen in the past. Just my opinion, if that is going to be a gun you are going to pack around and shoot a lot, I would be satisfied with the laser engraving.

Yes, this will be a daily carry piece and it will see lots of holster wear.

Sweet looking piece ... is this classified as a "3 screw" ... how old is it?
This is a Colt clone 1873 SAA by Pietta and sold through Cimarron Firearms and yes it's a 3 screw original and only a couple of weeks old. I only paid $595 total including tax.

75 rounds shot yesterday and they all hit the pie plate sized target at 25yrds and grouped about 5 inches, I should have done better but haven't been shooting much lately.

Great looking revolver. I have two CImarrons and love the actions in them and the nice trigger break. They are my favorite handguns.

Nice sixgun Sarge. Not too long ago, Piettas weren't as nice as Uberti's, but that has changed. I just bought a Cimmaron, expecting it to be a Uberti made one, and was surprised to see that it was a Pietta. It has an unbelievably smooth and light action. No play whatsoever at the end of the cylinder like other sixguns have.
