I'd sort of like to get a good double action .22 revolver -- NIB, small frame, stainless, four inch barrel with adjustable sights. About the only thing out there is a Taurus 94SS4.

It's a nice looking gun and cosmetically it is OK. Now what about the quality of Taurus handguns? Resale value is not an issue. I'd be buying it to use now not as an investment.

I have one, it works just fine for what I bought it for - plinking and cheap practice. Mine is blued, but SS was hard to find.

Had a S&W 63 that I didn't like the action on, so I bought a Taurus 94.
Then I had two 22's that I really didn't like! Took both to my LGS; he cleaned up the actions, and lightened the trigger pulls. I took a fine
whet-stone to the checkered hammer on the 94. It is now a great gun
to shoot. Cost less than $70 each.
