Question Center Point Scope 6x32 mildot any good?

Hello all I came across a Center Point Scope today but the way it was factory packaged too hard to undo it to take a look thru it. It is a 6x32 with a mildot recticle weight was 8.5 oz definitely imported from China as are alot of optics out there! Has anyone tried one of these scopes are they any good?
