I guess when I get a new gun I will know that they aren't entirely like new cars and you simply just can't go.

I had my rear sight creep on me to the right. For the life of me I couldn't zero it in, and my shooting was going farther and farther right. I even adjusted it as much as I could to the left, and it still was firing right. Finally I could see the thing crept to the right, and I tapped it left and tightened it down again.

So I had both sights now break loose on me in a rather short period of time from purchase (the front right off from the start, and the rear 1000+ rounds later)

Plus I'm such a bad shot I can't say I really zeroed it in either, but at least my group in around the center of the target now.

Next time I'll just get fixed sights untill I get remotely respectable.

Have you tried to adjust sights with a bore laser in? May be the firing problem lies somewhere else?
