Hey guys,
I just purchased an American Rifle in .308. So far I love the gun, I've got a Redfield Revolution 2-7x being shipped to me. I still need to find some rings for it though. I'll be calling Ruger tomorrow and ordering my check pad and a few other Ruger goodies. I also own a 10/22, my dad has an M77 and 22/45 as well. This looks like a great site, I hope to learn a lot on here. Thanks guys.
Shaun

Hi Shaun - Welcome from SW Florida. Tried to hunt this weekend down here and it's awfully wet in the swamp. Any good places up your way for deer? I'm ready to drive up and hunt the central highlands and get out of the swamps!

Thanks for the welcomes guys!
Waveform, there are a few places up this way, but it's hot and muggy up here too. I went the previous two weekends and fought the mosquitos and heat, so I passed this weekend. I mostly hunt the Mangement Area's. I haven't really found a club to join. We also have the Ocala National Forest and the Osceola National Forest that are open most of the seasons for everyone. That's a good and bad thing though.
