Waveform, there are a few places up this way, but it's hot and muggy up here too. I went the previous two weekends and fought the mosquitos and heat, so I passed this weekend. I mostly hunt the Mangement Area's. I haven't really found a club to join. We also have the Ocala National Forest and the Osceola National Forest that are open most of the seasons for everyone. That's a good and bad thing though.
Right now I would trade to get out of the standing water everywhere. I hunt WMAs too and down here they're mostly swamps. I have thought about the National Forests up your way but wondered if they get dangerously crowded.

Thanks,

Wave

Wave, the NF's do get pretty crowded. I've mostly hunted in them during archery and blackpowder in the past. I may have to brave them this year for general gun though. My dad and I always liked to take his boat and go in from the water. Less people hunted the areas close to water that way and we could usually find some good sign on the high "islands" in the swamps.
