Welcome from the west side of Michigan. I am surprised that they mail your permit. I received a letter informing me I could "pick it up at the county clerk's office at my convenience."
Welcome to the forum!

| Thanks to all for the welcome
Good friend recently bought his LC9 for CCW and my daughter and son-in-law will soon be part of the Ruger family.
Have traveled throughout this wondrous country and our Canadian neighbor on Motorcycle and know we all are blessed to be in North America. Grateful that my grandfather and great grandparents emigrated (legally) to our beloved country.
Also a big hello to the Kiwis in NZ and their All Black rivals in Oz. Southern hemisphere night sky is surreal - even to one who's camped from Banff to Jasper, BC.
God bless our Country and all free people. It's a Republic if you can keep it: Ben Franklin
