I have a bunch of buddy's that are all either firefighters that carry, or cops, or both. We hit the range almost every weekend, and have an absolute "blast", no pun intended. We show up with everything from an old single shot .22 rifle, to my brandy new SR40C, which has stolen the show lately! EVERYONE wants to shoot it! Then last weekend my firefighter buddy shows up with an Old Army! WOW was that fun to learn about/load/shoot!
We're pretty much all about target/plinking, but ya prolly don't wanna show up unannounced at 03:00 at any of our homes. LOL
There is an absolute WEALTH of information on this forum! I've already convinced myself into an MKIII next payday!
Thanks for the warm welcome gang!!!!

On a side note, since my first post here, I've done TONS of reading on these forums. I have to tell you, I'm absolutely in love with my SR40c, and I will carry that weapon with me everywhere, even fishing! What an awesome machine!
But, from what I'm reading/learning, an MKIII is not too far in my future! MADE IN THE USA is what got me to my SR40 in the first place, and GLOCKS are UGLY! But the MKIII looks to be a hell of a lot of fun to shoot, aftermarket goodies a-plenty, and cheap ammo! I'm in!
But if you see me on the street, that SR40C won't be far away, count on it! It really is THAT good. Glad I found this place!!!
