Hi Guy's, just a quick hello, I have just purchased a Mini 30 All Weather to go with my M77 Mk11 in .270. Look forward to reading the wealth of Ruger knowledge on the forum.
Cheers, Stampy.

Welcome from Michigan.
I had a M77 .270 Win, it was a sub MOA right out of the box. I foolishly sold it when I was young, and hard up for cash 25 years ago.
Have had a 189 series blued mini-30 for a little over twenty years, it comes nowhere near the M77 in accuracy, but it is a reliable, minute of deer gun.

Thanks for the warm welcome Guy's, I haven't tried my Mini yet will put a few target round through it in the weekend ( I have around 40 rounds of Barnual to use) then I'll probably look at brass only for her as she will just be a hunting rifle and probably only use minimal rounds per year so cost really won't be an issue unless the good woman want's to target shoot with it |
