Hello from Tennessee. I haven't been lurking but for a day or two. I saw a couple of threads regarding holsters that I wanted to get in on, so here I am.
As my handle implies, I am a (mostly) revolver guy. I realized that when I sold my Kahr and used the proceeds to buy a SP101 a few months ago that I was down to only one auto pistol; my reliable, tack driving CZ75B. I own handguns with an eye toward carrying, and I prefer the simplicity and reliability of a wheelgun over the long, fat, boxy slides of modern autos.
Love the SP101. Fits me like the proverbial glove, and throws 125 gr. magnums downrange with no pain to me.
I too am a new, revolver convert, having picked up my SP101 today. I plan on taking it to the range this weekend for it's 1st test drive. Even with the new addition to the family, I still love my auto's; a S&W M&P 40, a Beretta PX4 9mm and a Kahr PM9.
Welcome from Bristow, OK. I also like the wheel guns, and have a few, but prefer to carry a semi-auto. I am such a poor shot, I need all the rounds I can get and hope I never have to use it. But, I am ready and will use it. That's why we carry.
