Question Mkiii trigger guard help??

Good morning everyone. This is my first post in the forum on this site. So if I'm doing this incorrectly, please feel free to let me know. The question I have is regarding my newly purchased Ruger Mk iii Hunter. I absolutely love this pistol! The only concern I have is with the trigger guard. In most images I see online, the trigger guard looks fairly circular. The one on mine looks as if it has been previously worked or slightly bent out of shape and thinned out. I know this does not affect the reliability of the weapon, but its just strange looking to me. I bought it second hand from an older gentleman that almost never used it. The entire pistol is in pristine condition with the exception of this one thing. Is there any way to remove the existing guard and replace it? Or is this a common occurrence with this model? Thank you in advance for any input.

The trigger guard is not removable, its part of the frame. Its definitely not a common issue

As long as it's not thin enough to be frajeelay and you can look at with loving eyes you should be all good.

Post some photo's , I would like to see just what is going on.
If damaged , possibly Ruger would repair/replace it. They have repaired several of mine, all at no cost .
