I will say that the customer service is one of the reasons that most of my firearms are Ruger. When I decided to purchase my first full size polymer pistol many other gun owners pushed me toward Glock etc... but given how good Ruger has been I decided to go with a RAP in 45. If I had the money I would purchase the 9mm version as well.

I was so pleased with the customer service, I used the "Tell the CEO" link to give the Ruger team an Atta-Boy for their effort. I referenced the RMA # with hope the CS and repair team can be identified & rewarded.

Ruger exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with their customer service. Big thumbs up!
Good to know!

I bought an SR40C and after 50 rounds the rigger would not reset, emailed Ruger and they answered next day for me to call there number. I called them Fedex picked it up at my house and in 5 days fedex delivered it back to my house..Ruger had replaced the whole trigger assembly in it and they informed me that they had run 75 rounds of black bear ammo thru it. Great customer service...picked it up Monday and had it back Friday.

Ruger CS is legendary.

Word has it that the owner would sometimes take

CS calls himself, when everybody else was busy.

Many brands would be hard put to live up to the

innovation, quality, affordability, and CS that

is Ruger.

If Ruger is paying for scratched blueing on owner dropped guns I submit their QC/CS
efforts are upside down. Less coddling and more QC to cut down on right out of the box returns.
