Fallkniven products are great. I owned one 5 inch or so blade I do not know which one I got it used. I had one with me at a gun show and someone saw it and offered me 40 dollars more than I paid for it so he got it and I left wityh 2 guns and 40 dollars I did not expect to have.

If I could have just one Fallkniven, given my use and state laws, it'd be the S-1 Forest knife.
But I have and like an F-1, which is also the issued pilot survival knife for the Royal Swedish Air Force.
I think you're going to LOVE this knife!
What did they charge for it? They aren't cheap, but most really good items aren't.

Beautiful knife. That will be by next purchase (unless something else comes along first - LOL).

According to a web site I was checking the F-1 comes with a 3.8" blade which to me is an ideal length for an all around knife. With the lanyard hole it could go out on a boat fishing, should be a fine hunting or camp knife as well. It's good looking and I would be interested to hear how you like it as well.

I went with the larger Fallkniven A1---one of the finest examples of it's type---I am also considering the 5" model S1 for when I visit my friend in Texas (knife laws mandate 5 1/2" or less for carry).
