I bought this Case Sharktooth back in the '70z, in the '80z my neighbor was Ken Warren little did I know he was a nationally known engraver. He invited me in one day to see his work and the tools of his trade. When I walked into his office/bedroom my mouth must have dropped to the floor. First thing I see are rifles and shot guns lined up in every corner, on his work desk were several Rugers, Colts, consecutive #bered Colts, etc. He was working on a full engraved Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation rifle to be raffled off or given away, can't remember. Would have loved to have seen under the bed and in the closet but didn't want to push it! After that visit I knew I had to have something that he had engraved but didn't have much to work on but my Sharktooth. Here's what I got back, a heavily French Scroll engraved beauty with my initials. Glad he put my initials on it kinda makes it unsellable to anyone else that's why I still have it today!
Thanks, carry and use it all the time! Should have mentioned that Ken Warren passed away a few years ago. His younger son was as gifted as an artist of the old west...................
A few more picks to show it gets used & work my way up to 10 posts! Skinned a few Deer with it, not the best knife for that but it's what I had.
Pic's of Ken's initials and mine.
Thanks for the comments guys!
