I have to agree with this poster. I have a sack of knives back in NV, a sack of knives in the closet, and knives all around the place. There is probably a knife in every other drawer or box you open. Sometimes there are a few. They aren't all the greatest or even worth pictures, but they are all sharp and good for what they were made for: Cutting!!!

Here's the best pic I could take, the display case has a mirror back. Still learning how this site works. Seems to work if clicked, tried to add another pic and nothing shows up.

Still didn't work. No picture.

I have 20-30 maybe. Some fixed blade some are folders. I have been replacing the cheap ones from when I was younger and broke with a little better knives now. Nothing like needing a knife when you are broke down on the side of the road and finding flea market knife parts in your tool bag.

CKRT, Gerber, and Cold Steel have replace most of the flea market knives.

I have been looking at Older Puma, Randall and a few other stag handled german knives too. The budget just doesn't allow me to get them that often.

Maybe 30. Mostly quality ones. Don't like cheap knives.

1 Case XX-changer (a company gift for 10 years service)
1 Boker pocket knife (belonged to my grandpa)
1 Uncle Henry lock-blade that someone left on the river bank and was given to me by my mom
1 Schrade skinning knife I found at my favorite trout fishing stream about 1979 or 1980
1 M-8 bayonet
1 Old Timer 3-bladed pocket knife

A hell of a lot more than I need but not as many as I want. I really like collecting knives. They are generally cheaper than guns. I favor Spyderco's. Life Is Good.

Here's my collection. Have given quite a few away over the years. The bayonet is for a 1917 Enfield. The Kukri is Nepalese Army issue and came from Katmandu Nepal.
One of my favorites was my dad's old Western that has the interchangeable knife blade and hatchet. It was given to me after he passed away.
