I carry a Sog Flash 2, Trident, and One of their multi tools, I also carry a magnum razor jack in my pocket as a "not to scare the public" knife.

Many people depending on where in Ohio, more country boys will carry, versus city slickers, will carry a knife somewhere, somehow. I do wish Ohio would pass a affirmative law, in black and white, allowing the carrying of a knife as long as it wasn't used in a unlawful manner and would also cover self defense with a knife. But that's only a pipe dream knowing our legislators.

BTW, my EDC alternates between a Black Kershaw Blur (one handed , assisted opening), or a SAK Farmer. Until I found the Farmer, I carried a Imperial Kamp King (Boy Scout pattern knife). So nothing exotic or fancy.

Wait what?? You can carry a gun in Ohio but no knife?

My main EDC knife has been a Gerber Easy-Out..
I have nicer knives such as Benchmades & Spydercos but the Gerber has done it's job every time & is very handy used as a tool in my maintenance job..

I too have to ask what type of knife is in the first picture Calvin, BTW it matches up nicely with your P90..
Engraved with Stag, What's not to like..
I figure my favorite knife is the Benchmade Griptillian but the Gerber Easy-Out is my EDC..

BM 710 or 551ODD2 (from Cabela's)
Also carry a Leatherman Skeletool CX or SwissTool X.

When I dress "up", I carry a BM556OD2 (again from Cabela's).

knife favourites

Like Gibbs on NCIS, I always carry a knife - and I mean everywhere; even church.

My current favourites are:

- Kershaw G&G Hawk design folder
- CKRT M21-02

The Kershaw has a 'tacticool' look to it; the CRKT looks more 'sporty'.
I couldn't decide between them, so I bought both. One or the other is always with me. Both are razor sharp (and easy to keep that way) on my wife's butcher steel.
I raise a few eyebrows at times when I snap one open when someone needs a knife. The Kershaw makes a great steak knife instead of those dull, saw-tooth things in restaurants.

I'm amazed by the law in Ohio which allows CCW firearms but disallows knives.
However, Ohioans get to say - "Never, ever take a knife to a gunfight!"

I carry a Case peanut. It is a carbon steel model with Bone handles. It is very small, I hardly notice it is there until I need it. It is just big enough to be useful but not so large as to be never carried.

I have many other knives, but this one is just much more convenient to carry.

Carry a tiny Buck 425 in right pocket. It's little but handy. Left pocket is a Gerber easy out. If hunting or outdoors I carry something a little bigger.
