Primos Trigger Stick

So I got a Primos Trigger Stick as a gift. It was still in the clamshell package with the warranty paperwork still attached to the leg. I got it out to demonstrate how it worked and the handle fell off.

I contacted Primos Customer Service and asked them for a replacement, but I guess they will not replace it without a proof of purchase.

They suggested I could pay for shipping on my dime to have their lab look at it, but they would not garrantee I would get a replacement.

Hopefully to pictures attached.

What would you guys do. This is not a cheap piece of kit.

Respectfully,

GSR Fan

I think you're doing one of the few things you can by pointing out what seems to be a cheap, cheesy product that Primos will not stand behind.

Am I spelling that right? PRIMOS?

I bought a Primos stick like yours a few years ago and it froze up for no apparent reason without any serious use or abuse. I took it back to Bass Pro and they let me exchange it for another one even though I had thrown away the receipt long ago. Perhaps you could do the same if there's a Primos retailer near you.
