Few hogs aussie style

A few boars ive shot over past couple days. Using ruger american compact in 223 firing sierra game kings 55grs. Hunting off my grizzly 450

This boar was feeding in the paddock with a mob of 9 chased him down split him from the mob before the ruger barked and dropped him with a head shot.

This boar was spooked from his bed and i spotted him out about 150 metres out. Chased him down and he charged the quad a few times before i got a clean head shot on him. Cut out the best cuts and headed off.

And another good boar on an arvo run. He was under some dead trees dug into the sand, as i reached for the ruger he took off top speed. The grizzly caught him after dodging trees and shrubs. Tge dogs had a bail and i dropped him with a head shot at around a meter from the quad. Freezer is full now.

Wow... Good hunting and shooting. You had me joining you until "he charged the quad a few times..." No thank you... I'll stick to paper targets that move gently in the breeze...

Thanks for sharing I enjoyed the story with the pics! I'm hunting vicariously through you
