Any input on a holster for the 4" SP101? Inside and outside the belt are both considerations.
Thanks.... |

I have been searching high and low and haven't found one yet.
People are saying give it 6 - 12 months since they are still new.
I did find someone online that had a WRB non fitted holster. I don't care for non fitted holsters so I didn't look to much into it.

Mostly I use a Forbus holster. I have a couple cheap holsters, a old leather belt holster, and a cheap IWB holster as well as one of those two piece ones (squeeze it a little and it will fit almost anything) and can clip or take a belt.

Triple K makes a few holsters that might work! I know they make one for the 4" SP101. America's Gun Store, LLC : Ruger SP-101 Holster - 4.2"
For my 4" SP101 in .22lr...I just use a Bianchi Model 7, Shadow II, 3-Slot holster...and let the barrel stick out an inch! Not much different than their 'Secret Agent Holster! Works great!

I have a holster for the 3" 101 from here that I am happy with. Check and see if he is making them for 4" barrels. I'll bet he is.

I ordered a Garrett Silent Thunder IWB for my 3."
Kydex lined with leather which should be easier on the stainless finish (like that really matters on a carry gun) and also helps with a quiter draw. I should be getting soon.
Check out their website. They're pretty nice.
