I just installed a Hogue Jr. Universal grip on my LC9. It is a tight fit (as it should be) and I needed to trim where the grip meets the lower trigger guard and the magazine release button. Got it at Gander Mt. for $10.00. It provides a better grip (IMO) and thus a bit better trigger control.
For you LC9 owners looking for a good inexpensive in-pocket holster, I can tell you that Uncle Mikes #3 in-pocket holster fits the LC9 perfectly. Got mine at Midway for $10.00.

I just received and installed a Pachmayr tactical grip glove on my LC9 ($9.99 from Midway). It fits perfectly, looks good, and feels great! The soft rubber and built in palm swell make for a much more comfortable grip. My LC9 now feels as natural in the hand as my SR22. Can't wait to fire it to see if I notice any changes in felt recoil or holding it on target. Midway got it to me fast: placed the order on Friday, July 13; it arrived in my mailbox in Maine on
Tuesday the 17th.

Update on the Pachmayr grip glove on LC9. Had a chance today to do a quick firing session off the back lawn. Had an old box of Wolf 115 gr FMJs with 18 rounds left in it, so loaded them up and cycled them through. I was really impressed by the reduction in perceived recoil with the grip glove installed. Accuracy was at least as good as I am accustomed to (17 of 18 rounds hit 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper at 25 feet, the other was wild low). I would recommend the Pachmayr tactical grip glove highly.

Now I'll have to order one...... |

Here is my LC9 with the Hogue grip. A little trimming near the bottom and everything fits okay. It has one finger groove that I find the tiniest bit to tight in between the grip and the bottom of the trigger guard with the LaserMax on it. I may look into the Pachmayr grip since it doesn't appear to have the finger grooves. |

The Pachmayr grip sleeve is better than the Hogue:
The fit. The Pachmayr is built to LC9's specs, so no trimming is involved. It slips on relatively easily. It's a struggle to get the Hogue on, and you have to trim it to expose the magazine ejector and to make the bottom of the sleeve flush with the frame.
The feel. The Pachmayr has built in palm swells. This allows you to establish a positive grip on the weapon. The Hogue doesn't have that. You have to build your own palm swells with electrical tape. Because the pistol frame's surface is uneven, it's hard to do that well.

The Hogue gets in the way a little on my LC9.
